error in uploading any template

Giving me an error, when am uploading template in blog by giving this message “We were unable to save your template.
Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure that all XML elements are closed properly. XML error message:
(SyntaxError) : Unexpected token <“.

Sometime blogger does not accept blogger template due to some technical issues like:
1. Uploading templates too many time
2. Blogegr did not direct load some custom third party templates
