USER FRIENDLY Way to Edit?

Hi there! I downloaded and installed the “VIENNA” free template and am wondering how I can change links on the Category bar, change the size of the name of the blog in the header, as well as make other small tweaks like this? Is there something that is super user friendly as I am HTML ignorant.
