    When I visiting your blog, you are using video portal template so this guidance for that.

    1, Go to Add new post or Edit Post.
    2, Switch normal mode to HTML mode. Compose to HTML On top left of post editor.
    3, Add below coding.
    <div class="v-wrap"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="340" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/7VR3-j03yUE" width="565"></iframe></div><img border="0" height="0" src="http://i2.ytimg.com/vi/7VR3-j03yUE/0.jpg" width="0" />
    4, Replace “7VR3-j03yUE” with yours!
    5, Publish or Update.
