My footer doesnot sit in the bottom

Hi,
I have recently downloaded the Braxton Responsive blogger template.. Its really awesome. But I got a heavy problem which I couldnt sort out. As you can see in this link , http://apronandme.blogspot.com/p/recipe-index_10.html; footer is in the middle. And its also not proper in other pages. Someone please Help!!!
