Milana Template – how can i add facebook comment plugin?

I’ve looked at several websites including facebook developer and no matter what i do, i cannot get the facebook comments plug in to show up on my blog. i think the template may be locked somehow as i am unable to add comments to my static pages (that had comments before i installed the milana template). the comments are important to my blog so i’d like to install the facebook plugin. if anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know? i think the issue is where to put the comment plug in. there is no line like this in the template: <div class=’post-footer-line post-footer-line-3′>
so the facebook comment code doesn’t show up on a laptop. i didn’t test if it worked on a cell phone, but i really need the comment plug in to work on both platforms. thanks in advance for your help!
