I need to know how do i customise all the drop down menus

I love the vienna lite 2 template but i can understand that how do i change all the drop down menus and customise all the things to use this template on my blog .

I don’t really know how I can help you in this regard, but just being eager to say something. And if I am not mistaking, the template you uploaded on your blog is a free version, and I have come to understand that you cannot do much with these free template stuff. Rather, I advice you get yourself a premium blogger template, in that case you will have the license to customize the template to any pattern and look you want.
