how to edit the nave bar

hey there I just installed the template Minimal Template with Slider – Free Version on my blogger.
1. I do not know how to access and adapt the navigation bar under the header picture. It displays the pre-set possibilities but I can not adapt it to link to my own pages. How do I do that.
2. I do not see where I can insert and feed the slider.
3. how do I insert the picture in the about me at the side?
4. the template shows a difference between labels and categories – I do not see the template showing this difference. Is that why the slides dont show?
