    I’ve just downloaded the Cheerup blogger template but it keeps giving me an error saying bad request, so I tried to copy and paste it and it says this Error parsing XML, line 1, column 1: Content is not allowed in prolog

    Your blog is not active. Delete the old template and then copy the html template code and paste.
