Want help in building big website

Hii Friends,
I’m building biggest website on education niche. so i want some help from my fellow bloggers.

1) I am merging 2 blogger templates in 1, i.e Charitymag & Jobs responsive

So i have main problem with menu. i want to put charitymag’s menu in job’s template. Please help me in changing the menu.

I will ask other problems with you all in step by step manner, waiting to hear from you all
