Slider Error Using Authorism Theme

hello everybody,
i am using Authorism theme and i installed properly with instructions and use different methods but i always stuck on my slider. Actually whole authorism theme is running very well but my slider don’t work. Please Help me. A humble request to all bloggers and developerss.
