Rosemary Beauty Template – How can I add the comment form on the static pages?

Hi! I recently installed the Rosemary Template on my new blog.
The problem is that after I’ve installed it, the comment form on static pages is no longer visible.
I read on some sites and tried to do as they said: I went to “pages”, I opened a page I created and checked that in the page settings under “reader comments” I had set to “Allow”. Well I did it but still there is no comment form on the static pages.
I also tried to go to the settings, in “Comment Location” I put embedded, but nothing. I reinstalled the Template, but it doesn’t change anything. Do I have to change or remove something from the html?
How can I do?

Which version. There are three versions. What is your url? I installed it and the comments are there.
