questions about: Fresh Blog template

I’ve got some questions about the Fresh Blog template.
(this one: https://gooyaabitemplates.com/fresh-blog-responsive-blogger-template/)

1. How do you make the header picture bigger? It automatically changes to a small picture when you upload one.
2. How do you edit the social media/share buttons that appear under every blogpost you upload? (with Digg, Facebook, LinkedIn etc..)
3. Can you change the background pattern? How?
