problem regarding template K 44

the actual template k44 link: http://k44-white.blogspot.in looks great on phone but when the template is installed in pc, it looks good on pc but doesnt look good on phone , it doesnt support the phone mode . It looks somewhat like this

whereas the actaul template looks like this

isnt that a cheating

please help me with it

This is the responsive blogger template. Nornally, You cant access mobile mode on pc and also pc mode on mobile. If the template not display good on your mobile devices, make sure, you are done with Turn off desktop template on mobile devices.
