Images on slider is way too big!! Recent posts not getting aligned!!Help???

[my add]

I use food blog template:

1. Slider showing images as very big ones.
Need smaller image just as shown in food blog live preview.

2. Featured posts images are streched side ways

3. Below featured posts, there is recent posts which is not getting aligned in parallel

4. Sharing buttons on top left hand corner not showing share buttons but just empty boxes.
