How to turn blog posts into lightbox gallery?

Hello (yellow belt noob here..),

I have 2 questions regarding a template I would like to work with (http://moveonetheme.blogspot.in/)

1) How do I add the responsive, tiled blog posts as seen between the “Featured Projects” and “My Diary” sections. Unfortunately this is either missing or turned off by default?

2) How can I edit the blog tiles to bring pop up a lightbox slideshow (Similar to Awesome Inc. Template) rather than sending the user to the post when it’s clicked on?
