How to remove ‘View Responsive Grid’ in Facebook post?

I shared a blog post to Facebook but there is a “View Responsive Grid Blogger Template” message right under the post title, which seems very out of place. I am not sure if it’s in any way related to copyright, but that just doesn’t look like useful information to readers. Does anyone know how to remove it? I’ve checked the meta and it’s not there.

I’d like to pay for removing it if it’s an option.
