Help with changing colour and adding images to my K-44-White template!

Hi,

I’m using the https://gooyaabitemplates.com/k44-white-responsive-blogger-template/ template over at http://myindielifeblog.blogspot.co.uk/

I would like to;
– change the template colours to go with my branding.
– add a faded background image to the templates top green block for the title and description… that sits behind them so I can still utilise the two buttons still.

My coding is very basic, so any help you have would be wonderful!
