G vusion 2 thumbnails

I have installed G Vusion 2 template on my blog kazancoyun.blogspot.com . But the thumbnails arent nice they don’t fit the box and the png images showing the background doesnt look nice also the popular posts section doesnt show the thumbnails it just shows a picture in my post in one post and the others are empty. And if you could take a look at the page and tell me if it looks good or bad would be nice.

Thank you but it didnt work for me :/ And also I want it to show the style=”display: none;” type of thumbnail that I will put to all my posts Instead of the picture in my post.
