customizing Shine template

Hello Everyone, I would kindly request from those with experience on editing and customizing Shine template on blogger.
I have two issues I would like to resolve, first, main menu customization, specifically how to add sub pages as a drop down menu under one page tab. Second issue, under each post there is author description and it should be in English but it is written in other language, although its saved of my google profile in English language.
