Contact Form Does Not Work — Template Inventory

I have created a website here using the Inventory template. I have noticed a funny problem with the contact form. If anyone writes something in the Name input field as one is expected to do, and writes his email address and then his message from the desktop site, then the page refreshes and the message is NOT sent to me. However, if one keeps the input field for Name empty/blank and fills in the other two input fields, I do receive their messages.

Moreover, this problem does not exist on the mobile version of the site. Please advise.
