The comment form on my blog is disappeared and how to retrieve it back!

I would like to share what the solution I found here in case you are facing the same problem.

First I had searched the solutions on internet and every website suggested that you have to have a code replaced and they provided a code but it may be workable for some templates but not mine. Finally I found the solution after I had have a lot of time consuming and frustration.
Here it is..
Login to your blog.
Go to each of your posts
Open a post or page
On the right hand there is a post settings option.
Click “Options” the bottom one.
You will see “Reader comments” and three different setting options…

I use the”Shoot-pic” template…here is my blog.
