Hilary – template customization

Hi
I’ve got some problems with customization of Hilary template, maybe you could help me a little bit. The main issue is to translate some of features into Polish language.
I’d like to:
1) change the featured slider – translate “read more” button and change the tag name from “featured” to another tag (e.g. to “polecane”)
2) edit a script which shows reading time – translate it from English to Polish
