Editing blog header/Related posts image distortion

Hello, I’m using the Fresh blog template and I’m having trouble with the header. I would like to do one of the following:
1. Change the text to a different and bigger font
2. The header font does not align with the nav bar below it
3. Use replace the the text with an image, I have tried doing this in blogger and the image comes out of alignment

Related posts:

I would like to edit the Related Posts or You may also like… thumbnail, currently the thumbnail are not the right proportions or dimensions, especially in portrait orientation. I would like the thumbnails in proportion relative to the image.
