comments, pages and author bio for minimal template

1. How do I get rid of/edit the author biography at the bottom of my posts? You see it before you go to comment. I tried finding this “<div class=’post-author’>” in the html coding, but it wasn’t coming up.

2. I use Disqus for comments. How/where do I put in the coding for that?

3. Is there anyway to get the pages listed across horizontally instead of vertically? Like how they are typically on websites?
