Blogstar Template – changing items on menu?

I just downloaded the Blogstar template, but on the menu, besides “home” and “about us” it has “drop down” “restaurant” and “mega menu”. How can I delete these? http://fashionably-frugal-blog.blogspot.com/ for reference. Also how do I get rid of or edit the social media icons? Sorry, I’m new to this kind of stuff… Thanks!
