Ripple – Need help configuring homepage

Hello, I just uploaded Ripple and need some help getting it to look like the demo theme.

How do I center the title image and move the menu underneath?
How do I change all of the blue color to orange?
How do I remove the big, blue search box under the title?
How do I add a nice, compact search box on the sidebar (like the demo?)
How do I change the menu items (disclaimer, 404 page, etc?)
