How to add my logo to the navbar?

Hiya, I am using the Rosemary template and loving it. There are two navigation bars, one above the header (it also has the search function) and one below the header (it also has the social media icons). In the navigation bar ABOVE the header I would like to add my logo to the left of the pages – so it would go LOGO, HOME, START HERE etc. If I add it as an html gadget in the layout tab the logo appears above the pages and throws everything else out of line. Is there a way to get my logo to appear to the left of the pages?
